As of April 1, 2012 Ludolph Technology and Consultancy has terminated its operations and no longer offers services to the petroleum refining industry.

 

Ludolph Technology and Consultancy  provides technical expertise and consulting services to the petroleum refining industry with an emphasis in the fluid catalytic cracking processing area. Ludolph Technology and Consultancy  provides petroleum refiners with innovative tools and insightful process know-how for troubleshooting and optimizing their fluid catalytic crackers (FCCs).  The scope of services covers the reactor, regenerator, flue gas and product recovery sections.

Ludolph Technology and Consultancy offers CatChat which supports refiners in mentoring their FCC engineers through process training and interactive discussion of operations and challenges. CatChat  is a convenient, efficient, networking support system that provides refiners with the experience to help solve problems and improve FCC profitability. 

 

Ludolph Technology and Consultancy  provides the expertise to guide refiners in selecting, implementing, and auditing FCC process technologies. Capital investment evaluations utilizing the Front-End Loading process (specifically FEL 0, FEL 1, or FEL 2 Alternatives) are supported to help refiners commission strategic FCC capital projects. Extensive experience with fresh catalyst and catalyst additive technologies can help refiners meet their business goals with their existing assets.
